I've spent four years building the marketing function for a B2B consultancy from scratch; strategy, campaigns, and the systems behind both. I was the first marketing hire. I was later promoted to lead all of it.

My background is in complex B2B products and services: the kind where the subject matter is dense, the buyers are sceptical, and vague marketing doesn't survive contact with the market.

Translating that complexity into clear positioning and campaigns that generate pipeline is where I do my best work. I'm Italian by background, have built my career in the UK, and bring a cross-cultural commercial perspective to everything I work on.
